What are the products available on the 3dmagicmodels site?

3dmagicmodels offers access to the gallery of 3d models, 3d textures, 3d materials and wallpapers on its site.

What are free models?

Free models are all the ones included in the ‘Free Models’ section under Free 3D Resources. These are absolutely free, the only thing required to download these is a registered membership.

How does a free membership option work?

To obtain a free registered membership, you just have to give us your basic details like name, email address etc. Then you get a free registered membership for which you do not need to pay anything!

What services am I entitled to when I take a free membership?

When you have a free membership, you can download any model, texture, material or wallpaper from the ‘Free 3D Resources’ section.

What are premier models?

Premier models are a separate collection of models. This includes a vast and varied selection of excellent and powerful models. To download these, and also the textures, material and wallpapers in that section, you have to buy a premier membership.

Are there any Premier membership types?

Yes, a premier membership is available various options. See the next question for the different options available.

What options do I have in Premier memberships?

You can become a Premier member on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual basis.

What are the different formats in which the models are available?

The models are generally available in the following formats ‘.mb, .ma,.max, .obj, .3ds, .dwg, .dxf, .dwf, .jpg’.  However the formats available vary for each model.

Is each format available for all the models?

It is not necessary that each and every format is available for every model. The formats available for that particular model are listed on the right hand side of the model.

Are all models made with the right materials?

All models might not be made with the right materials. Whether materials are used or not is indicated in the information on the right of the particular model.

Are all models textured?

All models might not be textured. Whether a particular model is textured or not is indicated by the information to the right of the model.

Are there any charges in addition to the membership charges?

3dmagicmodels does not have any other charge in addition to the membership charge. The taxes, service tax etc. is all included in the premier membership charge. It is completely ‘HASSLE FREE’.

Do I have to pay any charges while downloading each 3d resource?

No. You will be free from all the individual model charges. There will be no other charge after buying the membership. In ONE MEMBERSHIP COST, the whole gallery is completely at your disposal.

Is there any limit on downloading the 3d resources?

Yes, there is a daily limit of 10 on downloading the 3d resources. This includes models, textures as well as materials.

What happens when I have downloaded each and every product from your site?

That will not happen, since new material will continue to be added on the site. This is an ongoing process which will not stop.

Are the products developed by your company or contributed by individual users?

All the products at 3dmagicmodels.com are developed by Magic Works. At present, none of these products are developed by individual contributors.

Does 3dmagicmodels accept suggestions for the models developed?

Yes, of course! Your suggestions are welcome and extremely important.  These will definitely be implemented subject to their feasibility.

What are the requirements for developing a model, texture or material that is suggested by us?

If we get a large number of people requesting something in particular, we will surely include it in our future plans.

Will the suggested model be added to the gallery or sold individually?

If the model is developed by Magic Works based on the suggestions of members, it will definitely be included in the gallery and be available to download with a Premier Membership.

What will be the time required to create the suggested model for download?

The time required to create the suggested model completely depends on the model specified.

What happens if a large number of people do not request the model? Does it mean I will never get it?

If the requirement for a particular model is not universal, then you can request for custom model development. You will be quoted a price for custom model development. If it suits you, development process can begin at that point.

Does 3dmagicmodels handle custom modeling?

If the requirement for a particular model is unique to you, then you can request for custom model development. 3d Magic Models does accept custom modeling assignments.

What are the charges for custom modeling?

The charges for custom modeling vary from model to model and will be specified after a careful study of the requirements.

Your site does not seem to have an SSL certificate. Is there any particular reason for this?

Yes, we do not have an SSL certificate at present. We do plan to have it soon.

How can we be sure to trust your site without an SSL certificate?

You have no reason to worry about the authenticity of our site. You can be very much assured, since in particular, we do not handle any monitory transactions on our site. All our transactions are outsourced to other CCAvenue, which has SSL certification. In short, your money is in safe hands.

What are the different payment methods available for users?

We accept all major credit cards for payment, through payment gateway like CCAvenue.
